We have our home-grown harvest in Teruel and the support of an exclusively chosen group of small-scale local producers who have joined our project with the key objective of providing our clients with a guaranteed premium quality product.

Because of its distinct aroma, scarcity and particular harvesting method, the black truffle is regarded as the gastronomic black diamond and recognised as an exclusive product with great culinary value.
Our exclusive dedication to the black truffle allows us to control the entire process from its origin, as well as serving the product in optimum temperature and humidity conditions, which guarantee its freshness and distinct aroma.
