Our adventure began to emerge in Teruel, more than 20 years ago, in search of wild truffles in the forest of the beautiful Matarraña region, in the northeast of Spain. In the beginning, we did it solely for our own enjoyment and consumption.

Later on, as a consequence of our passion for the black truffle, we carried out the mycorrhization of holm oaks with Tuber melanosporum, employing the truffle cultivation techniques which were starting to be utilized in Spain.

Today, we are proud of sharing our truffles with the lovers of such an exceptional fungus as we have done for years at home, with family and friends.

melanosporum is a dream which started 20 years ago with the planting of the first holm oak and has become a reality over the years.
